In one of his letters to the membership I recall Robert Holland said people and
friendships are at the center of what NAMBA brings to its members! The NAMBA
Nationals are one of the best examples of that that I can ever recall.
This week will be filled with old friendships and new ones
and they all have the potential to last a lifetime. Take a
moment and introduce yourself to someone you do
not know and add to your life!
Last year was my first NAMBA Nationals and I
came away with a lot of fond memories. I am
looking forward to seeing what this year brings
and enjoying the Pacific Northwest. Over the
length of my career I have had an opportunity to
spend a lot of time up here and let me tell you it is hard to
find a more beautiful part of the country.
Many thanks to the District 8 team that has put
on this event. I have helped to put one of these
events on and I know the amount of hard work and
dedication it takes to be successful. To our Contest Directors Kelly Gruol, Mike
Hughes and Eric Bourlet thank you and your team for putting on a top notch
event!
